3. Products

Courtside Culture sells apparel and accessories, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other clothing items.

Certain products are produced on demand through our production and fulfillment partner, MarketPrint.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, descriptions, and sizes accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order.

By completing checkout and submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A purchase agreement is formed when we accept your order through an order acceptance or confirmation email, or by dispatching the products.

An automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Shipping within the United States costs $6.95 per order.

Because some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated.
